The Nintendo Switch OLED is the new model of the popular portable gaming console Nintendo Switch, which was announced in July 2021. It is an enhanced version of the portable console Nintendo Switch, featuring an improved display and sound, as well as a larger amount of built-in memory. The main difference of this model from the original is the improved 7-inch OLED display, which provides brighter, more vivid colors and deeper blacks.
In addition, the Nintendo Switch OLED has enhanced built-in speakers that deliver higher quality sound and includes 64 GB of built-in memory, which is twice as much as the original version of the Switch. Storage capacity can be expanded with a microSD memory card. Unlike the Nintendo Switch Lite, this model is not exclusively portable, as it features detachable Joy-Con controllers, allowing for use in various modes: handheld, tabletop, and paired with a TV. The device operates on the same hardware platform as the original Nintendo Switch and is capable of running all games available for the older model. Additionally, it supports online gaming and connection with other consoles via Wi-Fi.

Bought on Black Friday sale to play games by the big N. Many games support co-op, and for two-player mode, often only one console is needed; you can play on joy-con halves. After 2 years, the joy-con looseness and stick drift that people mention in comments haven't occurred. Various games, cooperative mode. The screen in the OLED version is wonderful; I've seen the regular console, and the colors there look much simpler. Good autonomy; you can play without power banks during power outages. Convenient stand. Would like a slightly lighter device, pretty high prices for games, but there are sales, poor subscription compared to PS and Xbox, lack of Ukrainian region. A very convenient portable console that I purchased as a replacement for the PS4 Slim. I highly recommend it to those who spend most of their time away from home and do not have the opportunity to play at home. Another big plus is the availability of exclusive Nintendo games and games for groups of 2 or more people. Prices for games are in the same range as on Sony Play Station, but there are many promotions where you can buy games at a discount or cartridges. Exclusive games are less frequently found on sale.
