Quite advanced TWS headphones from the British startup Nothing Technology. Despite the fact that the model is simply called "Ear", this is already the third edition of the true wireless headset, released in 2024. Nothing Ear is equipped with 11-mm dynamic emitters with a ceramic diaphragm for clearer elaboration of high frequencies. And to improve the air flow in the headphones, additional ventilation holes were provided.
The model is connected via the Bluetooth v 5.3 wireless protocol, supports LHDC 5.0 and LDAC codecs for streaming high-definition audio. A separate line in the headphones notes the active noise reduction Smart ANC, cutting off external noise with a volume of up to 45 dBA. With the "noise reduction" turned on, the battery life of the headphones is about 5 hours, without it - up to 9 hours. With recharging from the case, the model will stay "afloat" for 24 and 40 hours, respectively. By the way, the charging case has IP55 dust and moisture protection, while for headphones this figure is somewhat more modest (IP54). The model also claims to support the ChatGPT chat bot, which can be configured via the Nothing X mobile app.
