Patriot Memory P320 is a compact M.2 NVMe SSD with reported fast everyday performance and efficient operation. However, serious overheating under load can cause major performance drops, while one user reported a failure that left the drive in read-only mode. The available technical assessment also points to limitations typical of a DRAMless design, including weaker small-file performance and a limited write cache.

Don't buy naked Fast ssd, overclocked the speed as indicated on the site, the price seems normal Very strong throttling when under heavy use (such as when launching the game CS2) Heats up to 90 degrees and starts performing worse than a hard drive. The SSD failed after 100 hours of use, began switching to read-only mode, maybe it's not bad and just defective, but the SSD was bought from the store Enko. When I contacted for warranty, I pointed out the issue, conducted tests, and provided screenshots, but the service center sent it back after 3 weeks saying it was fully functional. There's an impression that the service center doesn't work at all. Upon receiving it, I immediately decided to check its functionality, where after initialization it showed 2TB, had no free space, and was unresponsive. After resending it for warranty, there's been no information on the status of the request for a month. I do not recommend Enko for cooperation, not only have I had issues with lack of memory for 2 months, but I also spent my money on mailing costs.
