Affordable mains powered hair clipper. It is positioned as a product of the basic price category from the Philips Series 3000 series of 2018, designed for domestic and occasional semi-professional use. Thanks to Trim-n-Flow technology, this model has increased resistance to clogging of the cutting block and can be used for long haircuts, easily handling large volumes of hair cutting.
Equipped with self-sharpening DualCut blades made of high-quality high-alloy stainless steel. Thanks to their double sharpening and 41 mm width, they provide an impressive cutting speed and even after 5 years of use they will remain exactly the same as on the day of purchase. To adjust the cutting height, the Philips HC3505 hair clipper is equipped with a built-in slider with which you can select any of 13 length settings from 1 mm to 23 mm in 2 mm increments (without a plastic comb, the length will be 0.5 mm).
The head of the device opens with one click, and the blade unit is removable, does not require lubrication and can be quickly cleaned with a water jet. The body of the machine is made of high-quality impact-resistant plastic and has an ergonomic shape optimized for a comfortable grip. The operator does not need to make additional efforts to accurately control the tool, it is reliable and as easy to use as possible.

I bought ~ 550 UAH in the spring, for such a price a good home option. Does not require additional manipulations (no need to lubricate, self-sharpening blades). The motor slips even on my liquid hair, not critical, but still. |
My old Scarlet sc 160 machine served faithfully for many years and still works, but it trims poorly now, so I needed a new one. I compared different clippers for a long time, through reviews and watched reviews, but I finally settled on this model. Today I cut my father's hair with it, it trims really well, it is very light and almost unnoticeable in hand, works quite quietly, it's convenient to hold in hand, and it's very cool that you can adjust the length quickly without removing the attachment. The downside is that it's not as convenient to cut near the ears as with a usual attachment, but removing it completely solves the problem, everything is fine [censored]. I read prior to purchase that a lot of hair accumulates in the attachment comb, and that's true, but you can easily shake or blow it out, which is a downside, but there's also a plus — hair doesn't scatter around the room, you can dispose of it where convenient. Another plus is if you register on the Philips website and enter this trimmer, the warranty will extend from 2 to 5 years. Considering the price and quality, I definitely recommend the product! How long it will keep me happy, only time will tell. Gave dad this machine as a gift. Chose one with a reasonable price and good quality. Based on positive reviews, Philips was leading. The machine turned out to be excellent; it suited us perfectly. It looks nice and is well-made. I'd like to note that it has a 5-year warranty. It's lightweight and comfortable to hold. This model does not have a battery; it only works from the mains, but the cord is long enough, so overall, it's convenient to use. The machine cuts well, doesn't pull hair, and the whole process takes little time. The cutting height is adjustable with a single attachment, which has a slightly unusual shape. The manufacturer claims that its blades are self-sharpening, but we'll see in practice. So far, everything has been fine during use; we haven't done anything to them or lubricated them. So, maintenance is very simple—wash the blades under water, dry them, and that's it. It's also easy to store, as all parts are removable and it takes up very little space. The set also includes a small brush that is convenient for brushing hair off the device. Overall, we are satisfied with the purchase. The machine is high-quality and convenient, will last a long time.
