The activity tracker from the upper classes of fitness trackers offers you to keep your finger on the pulse in non-stop mode — 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The thing is that the assets of the model have a constantly active sensor for measuring heart rate. In normal mode, it measures the pulse every 5 minutes. throughout the day, and in training mode — at shorter intervals. Polar A370 displays up to 20 different sports on a screen with a resolution of 80x160 pixels, in total, the user is offered over 100 different workouts to choose from. One of the “chips” of a wearable gadget is the use of a smartphone’s GPS signal to track the speed of movement and build a route for jogging or cycling. But only if the fitness tracker is synced with the Polar Flow app on your phone. As usual, the bra...celet records the time, duration and quality of sleep (using a 3D accelerometer), and also supports receiving intelligent notifications from a paired smartphone. The degree of protection of the gadget from external factors is indicated by the IP67 mark, and the duration of the tracker on a single charge of a 110 mAh battery reaches a maximum of 4 days.

good model, I liked it.

I'm not exactly an athlete, but to motivate myself to shake off some extra weight, I bought this sports watch. Sure, I could have managed without it. But there's no other gadget quite so clear in motivating you to keep up the exercise. Many people know from personal experience how easy it is to lose shape. Just do nothing and lie on the couch, that's enough. Well, this watch will remind you of the benefits of physical activity even when you're on the couch. It's genuinely a wonderful gadget. It certainly exceeds my needs by about ten times. It would definitely be more useful to a real athlete. But thanks to its gentle guidance, I've already lost five and a half kilograms (in three months!) and continue to get in shape.
The waterproof case, meeting the IP67 standard, kinda hints that the smartwatch should and can be worn all the time. One of its main features is 24/7 heart rate monitoring. This is crucial when using an exercise bike. You can set an optimal range, and then the watch will let you know if you can push harder (your body is underutilized and can do much more) or if it's time to slow down (heart rate is skyrocketing). Additionally, it has a built-in accelerometer, which lets it count steps in everyday life and calculate activity levels for various sports. For this, the device is equipped with numerous activity scenarios. Also, the built-in software can calculate the number of calories burned. Honestly, right now, it's my favorite and most viewed feature. If you leave the watch on your wrist around the clock, they can also monitor the depth and quality of sleep; the heart rate monitor and accelerometer really allow for an accurate depiction. There are apps for both PC and smartphones for this gadget. Synchronization should be done with a cable or Bluetooth, respectively. The watch is great friends with smartphones, and notifications about calls, reminders, and messages come directly to the watch, alerting you with a vibration. Plus, the gadget can use the smartphone's GPS module as if it were its own.
To charge the battery, you need to remove the body from the strap each time, pull out the tight rubber plug (waterproofing requires sacrifices, yes), and connect the cable. And you have to charge it often, every 2-3 days.
