Ultra-compact model

The Prym brand iron is extremely small, even by travel iron standards. It’s designed not only for trips, but also for use in sewing workshops or for home sewing. Its dimensions are just 17×19×9.5 cm, and it weighs only 280 g. Thanks to this, the iron fits in the palm of your hand and is convenient for working with small parts and seams where precision and neatness matter. At the same time, it’s a full-fledged travel device: it fits easily into a bag or backpack and is equipped with a voltage selector. A folding handle isn’t necessary here, since the iron already takes up minimal space.

Small but convenient

Of course, with such dimensions high power isn’t possible, but the device still supports a steam mode. The soleplate has 4 steam holes located closer to the tip—this is convenient when working with small elements but less effective for ironing clothes overall. The water tank capacity is only 40 ml, so you’ll have to refill it often. The iron’s power is 375 W, and the soleplate is made of plain aluminum with basic properties.

Despite its unconventional design and modest specifications, the iron is comfortable to use: the ergonomic handle and light weight make work easier. The power cord is on par with full-size models—it’s long, thick, and durable. The handle design allows you to store the cable by wrapping it around the base.

The set includes, in addition to the iron, a measuring cup and a fabric pouch for convenient storage and transport.
