However the charging of the smartphone is not the fastest, it will take about 3 hours to fully restore the energy, so it is better to do this at night, when there is no need for the gadget.
Design and big screen
The smartphone received a large 6.5-inch screen with a modest resolution of 1600x720 pixels. The display is not dim, there is an automatic brightness control, while the device itself does not look bulky and fits quite comfortably in the hand. The practical design of the model is also pleasing: the matte surface of the plastic back cover does not collect fingerprints and traces, and due to the corrugated pattern, the body does not slip and is pleasant to the touch. This design looks interesting, and there is no need for a protective case. Unfortunately, there is no fingerprint scanner, which is now being added to even the most low-cost devices, and for security, you can set a password or pattern.

Everything can't be good, and the Galaxy A02 has its own nuances to explain the low price tag. The fattest is the Mediatek MT6739W processor, which was introduced back in 2017. If we add here a small amount of RAM (2 GB), we get unhurried work and slow application launch. Of course, we are not talking about games either — at most, you can play chess in the evening or play solitaire. And although the storage is also small (32 GB), the smartphone allows you to install a microSD memory card up to 1 TB, and the slot is not hybrid — you don’t have to choose between a second SIM card and a memory card.
Also, the low-cost of the model is given out by the cameras. Although the main one consists of two modules, the main role is played by a 13-megapixel sensor, and an additional 2-megapixel lens is used for macro photography. The front camera is 5-megapixel, it is located in a teardrop-shaped cutout. With good lighting, the pictures are not bad, although you should not expect something supernatural from a device of this price segment. In general, the camera will help you to take the necessary text, sign or landscape as a keepsake.
To summarize, the Samsung Galaxy A02 is more suitable for undemanding older users who, first of all, need a smartphone for calls and who have not yet tasted the delights of more nimble and expensive handsets. Children will hardly like the model, since their leisure is not complete without games, it is better for them to choose a more performant device.
