A compact mid-range graphics card with a reduced video memory buffer, built on the RDNA 4 graphics architecture with a Navi 44 XT chip. Equipped with 2048 stream processors with a frequency of up to 3290 MHz, it supports ray tracing and FSR 4 technology for enhanced performance. The cooling system with two fans ensures efficient heat dissipation in a compact size (240 mm length with a thickness of 2 slots).
The recommended power supply capacity is 450W. The Sapphire Radeon RX 9060 XT PULSE 8GB is part of the popular Sapphire PULSE line, aimed at users seeking a balance between performance and price. In terms of computational power, the graphics card is on par with the GeForce RTX 5060 Ti and the higher models of the RX 9060 XT with 16 GB of memory. However, the mere presence of only 8 GB of GDDR6 video memory imposes significant limitations.
At Full HD resolution, the graphics card handles modern games well on high and maximum settings, providing stable 60+ frames per second in most AAA titles. However, the situation noticeably worsens at 1440p resolution as many games start running out of memory, leading to frame rate drops and unpleasant stutters. This problem is particularly pronounced in games with high-quality textures on the Unreal Engine 5, as well as in open-world projects like Cyberpunk 2077 or Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora at maximum texture quality settings. - Built on the RDNA 4 graphics architecture with the Navi 44 XT chip, ensuring up-to-date graphics capabilities. - Ray tracing and FSR 4 technology support enhances gaming performance significantly. - Compact size with efficient cooling caters to constrained spaces yet handles heat effectively. - Part of the Sapphire PULSE line, known for balancing performance and price, attracting budget-conscious users looking for solid performance.

Based on tests, the RX 9060 XT 16 GB shows pretty good numbers. At 1080p Full HD, it’s only 4% slower than the more expensive RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB. The new GPU is much faster in ray tracing, fixing one of RDNA 3’s biggest shortcomings. In RT, the Radeon RX 9060 XT is basically on par with the NVIDIA RTX 5060 Ti, showing a similar 3% margin as in rasterization — AMD has caught up! Did you expect that? The RT performance uplift generation-over-generation compared to the RX 7600 XT is a huge +64% — very impressive. Thanks to the relatively compact “Free Flow” cooling with two AeroCurve fans, the use of Honeywell PTM7950 thermal interface material, and an integrated cooling module with composite heatpipes, the PULSE Radeon RX 9060 XT is Sapphire’s best bang-for-the-buck product in its lineup, where the card doesn’t come with any flashy RGB lighting or fancy extras and just gets the job done without any unnecessary fuss. Excellent price-to-performance, market price is very close to MSRP, incredibly quiet graphics card, very low memory temperatures (thanks to Samsung memory). At the start, the sale is slightly more expensive than the recommended retail price. |
I bought a video card at Foxtrot, it arrived in 4 days, pretty fast. As for the card itself: it arrived intact and fully functional, in tests like MSI Kombustor and Furmark the maximum GPU temperature was 54-55°C and the hotspot was around 72-75°C, the memory temperature was around 60°C (the card's memory is from Samsung), which is perfect for Radeon cards. The fans are very, very quiet, even in heavy games they are not heard at all, also pleased with the fan-stop feature. The only thing I didn't like at all is the coil noise, without undervolting they squeal very loudly under a heavy load. Overall, a good purchase, of course, not 16GB of VRAM, but for some, this will be enough. Low temperatures, very quiet, compact Noisy chokes (unless you do undervolting), no RGB/ARGB backlighting |
Great graphics card that provides a comfortable gaming experience at 1080p. Very cool (up to 55 degrees under maximum load) and quiet. Consumes up to 180W in performance mode. Really liked the AMD Adrenalin, which has many convenient features. The only thing that upsets me is the price (€430 at the time of purchase). I often think it might have been worth paying an extra €140-185 to buy the RTX 5070, even in a budget version... Productive, cool, quiet, supports FSR4, convenient and functional AMD Adrenalin, up to 180W power consumption. Price at the time of purchase. |

Stay on Top
The Sapphire Radeon RX 9060 XT PULSE 8GB graphics card is designed for an affordable PC upgrade and noticeable improvement in gaming experience thanks to the RDNA 4 architecture and modern 2025 technology. These include HYPR-RX, Radiance Display Engine, Fluid Motion Frames 2, FidelityFX Super Resolution 4, and other solutions. The greatest effect is achieved when using the AMD platform.
The graphics accelerator in real-time boosts the overall system performance, however, the use of GDDR6 memory imposes certain limitations. When paired with a current processor, the graphics card confidently handles games at Full HD resolution on medium to high settings, provides fast rendering, and is suitable for creativity and development. The weak points are complex scenes and dynamic projects where the limited number of stream processors does not allow showcasing the full range of visual effects.
Free Flow System
The model's concept is focused on compact builds and stable performance in confined conditions thanks to the Free Flow cooling system. The manufacturer used a composite heat pipe optimized for the board's design, an aluminum heatsink with even airflow distribution, and a pair of AeroCurve fans with low-noise blades.
A durable metal frame reduces the risk of deformation of the graphics card when heated. Completing the look is the signature PULSE design with expressive red accents and logos.
