There are exceptions, but for the absolute majority of people, they fit perfectly and stay in place seamlessly. It's impossible to drop them even with sudden head tilts/turns or during sports activities. 3. Simple touch controls, to which you quickly get accustomed 4. Hearing enhancement mode, i.e., sound instead of or in addition to the headphones themselves is transmitted from external microphones located on the headphones, allowing you to turn surrounding sounds on/off without removing the headphones 1. Poor soldering. After a month, the contact from the membrane fell off without any cause (there were no falls of the headphones, nor me in the headphones), the sound began to disappear first for a second, then constantly. In the official authorized service, they recognized a factory defect, and since this cannot be repaired, they offered to replace it. The replacement is given 30 days by the Consumer Protection Law, but after waiting 40+ days, accompanied by weekly calls and attempts to speed up the process, I decided to return them and get a refund. The money was refunded, but they assured me that the fault was not theirs, but Sennheiser Russia's, who are no longer interested in the customer after the purchase. The decision to return them was weighed because for headphones costing 20k+ rubles, working for a year is too little since, after the warranty period ends, no one will repair anything for you and the headphones will only have to be thrown away. 2. Weak batteries - they hold a charge for only one and a half to two hours, and in a year or two, the battery capacity will decrease by half, and again they will only have to be thrown away. The headphones were purchased to replace the standard AirPods, specifically looking for in-ear and wireless since the iPhone Xr doesn't have a 3.5 mm jack. Let's start with the main thing - the sound. The sound is simply gorgeous, pristine with deep juicy bass. Secondly, the ergonomics - they fit like a glove, the ear tips are thoughtfully made, so I think they'll suit any ear, especially since the set includes three types in different sizes. There were no issues with syncing to the phone; it happened instantly and without any problems, not a single break in connection during two weeks of use. I haven't listened to music continuously for 4 hours, so I can't say how long they last, but if I total all the time, it's about that long. Plus, the case has its own battery; you pop the headphones inside, and they recharge again, supposedly providing another 8 hours of charge, though I haven't tested it myself. There's an app for the phone where you can set the equalizer and all that. I liked that the status indicator is inside the headphones, so you don't walk around at night with a glowing head like a cyborg. Touch control is fantastic - to increase the volume, you need to press and hold the right earbud, to decrease, the left one. If you simply touch the right earbud once, you can communicate with Siri or Google. One touch on the left - play, pause; double-tap - next track; triple-tap - previous track.
