Both plates have a ridged surface, are made of metal, and are equipped with a non-stick coating.

The Tefal OptiGrill+ GC717810 electric grill supports 6 auto programs — chicken, fish, burger, sandwich, sausage, and steak. For the steak cycle, it also allows you to set the desired doneness level from four options, from rare to well done. Additionally, there's a defrost function and a manual mode with four temperature control levels.

Cooking time is always controlled by automation — sensors that determine the thickness of food pieces. Interaction with the model is enabled by an electronic button panel with a branded circular color indicator.
