It has an extremely high thermal conductivity of 73 W/m∙K, which is 6-10 times higher than the best thermal pastes. Thanks to these characteristics, when used correctly, it provides low thermal resistance at the point of contact between the heat spreader of the chip and the base of the radiator.

The operating range of the liquid metal alloy is from 10 to 140 °C, which allows it to be used in air and liquid cooling systems.
