Bicycle rack mounted on crossbars located on the car roof. The rear wheel of the bike is secured using an adjustable strap, the front wheel is removed, and the bike is attached by the fork. The stand's design includes standard slots for a 9 mm axle size. For other axle calibers, various Thru Axle Adapter Kits are available. Additionally, a specialized Thule Front Wheel Holder 547 is optionally available.

The bike rack can be locked and installed on factory car roof rails as well as on crossbars of many Thule luggage systems. It can be placed closer to the right or left edge of the roof, depending on the user's preference. The model is designed for a maximum vehicle speed of up to 130 km/h. The Thule FastRide 564 is equipped with a convenient AcuTight torque limiter handle and is compatible with the One Key System. The mount supports a bike weight of up to 18 kg with a wheelbase of up to 125 cm, wheel diameter of up to 29 inches, and bicycle tires up to 3" in size.
