A good bike rack doesn't have to be expensive. This is confirmed by the Thule Xpress 970 bike rack, designed to be installed on a car tow bar.

Quick installation

Mounting the holder takes just a couple of seconds — its lower part covers the top of the tow bar on both sides and is clamped on it with a foldable crossbar. To protect the mount from theft, a hole for the lock is provided at the bend of the crossbar. Folding the bike holder also takes just a couple of movements, and when folded, it takes up minimal space.

Easier nowhere

In general, Thule Xpress 970 is almost an perfect solution for girls. The light weight of the bike rack (4.3 kg) makes it easy to remove and install it on the tow bar, and the optimal position of the bikes relative to the ground level does not require them to be raised to a great height(as is the case with roof solutions). It is also very easy to secure the bikes — it uses rubber straps that cling to the frame, and one long strap that wraps around the “two-wheeled horse” through the frame and wheel.

Adapter

In the model, almost everything pleases, except, perhaps, the partial overlapping of the visibility of the license plate and parking lights by its design (not in all cases). A Thule Light Board adapter with a place to install a number and additional lights is called to help correct this oversight. However it costs exactly the same as the bike rack itself, so not every Thule Xpress 970 owner is ready to dare to purchase an adapter.
