Semi-flagship
Vivo V15 Pro is a kind of semi-flagship from a growing Chinese brand. It costs $400 and for this money it can offer a large and frameless Super AMOLED display, a retractable front camera, an extremely fast sub-screen fingerprint scanner, fast charging and other goodies.
retractable camera
Vivo X27 is equipped with a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED screen with a 19.3:9 aspect ratio and a resolution of 2316x1080 pixels. Due to thin frames, it occupies 91.6% of the surface. To do this, the developers hid the 32 MP front camera inside the case — it leaves when the camera button is pressed, only when it is needed. Moreover, it leaves literally instantly (in Vivo they say about 0.6 seconds) to a funny robo-sound. And photographs are excellent.
Memorable design
In addition to an unusual screen with a pop-up camera, the new smartphone from Vivo has a unique backdrop of its kind. It is made of cunning corrugated glass, which creates an interesting optical effect in the light — thin stripes shimmer in the sun, slightly changing shade, like peacock feathers. It looks especially great with a dark blue body colour.
Fast fingerprint scanner
Vivo was one of the first companies that began to hide the fingerprint scanner under the screen of a smartphone and in the sixth version of the scanner it was brought to an almost perfect state: it is many times faster than its predecessors, the recognition area has increased by a third and it is not embarrassed by streaks on the screen.
Mid-Range Iron
The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 675 processor with an operating frequency of 2 GHz. RAM 8 GB, built-in 128 GB plus a slot for a memory card. In general, this is a strong, almost top-end equipment, thanks to which the smartphone works smoothly and without lags, even with strong multitasking.
No USB-C
Unfortunately, the tube is not without flaws. Despite the price of $400, which allows you not to save much on equipment, the Vivo V15 Pro does not have such an important attribute of a modern smartphone as USB-C. Instead, we have a regular microUSB.
