Game mode with tons of settings. Excellent IPS screen. Battery 5000 mAh. Fast charging. NFC.

Smartphone strong mid-range with an interesting "iron" set of components and a very remarkable appearance. At the head of the “facade” of the model is a “high” screen with a diagonal size of 6.53" and a resolution of 2340x1080 pixels (display aspect ratio is 19.5:9). It uses the popular waterdrop notch technique for the 16 MP selfie camera. All other photographic tasks are successfully solved by a combination of 16 + 8 + 2 MP cameras from the rear (the leading sensor in combination with an ultra-wide (120 °) and a macro lens).

In the company of the "three-story" main photomodule there is also a fingerprint scanner platform (used to unlock the device by fingerprint pattern). The most curious, as usual, is hidden inside the Vivo Y19. And it's a high performance MediaTek Helio P65 chipset along with 4/128GB storage. "Iron" will pull the lion's share of modern mobile games and will not let you down in the mode of performing everyday tasks. A solid 5000 mAh battery with support for fast charging (18 W) completes the picture of the model.

You can take the phone if you accept the listed disadvantages.
5 November 2020
I bought this smartphone in October to replace my old Samsung J3. 128GB for 13k is good. Good battery charge. Very weak camera. After a long period of reactivity, you need to reboot the phone to watch videos on YouTube in full screen.
A lot of memory, good performance, NFC, mini-jack, FaceID, fingerprint scanner, battery charge.
Camera, 1 speaker with noise from it at low volume, The screen with bangs does not work well everywhere.

great model, love it

satisfactory
The smartphone even exceeded expectations - the display is bright, the body is of high-quality and doesn't collect scratches. I've been using it with no problems or lags, it's quite fast. There have been times when I'm traveling long distances where I don't put the phone down, watching a series or listening to music for several hours straight, the battery holds up well, lasting a full day consistently.

The phone is good, I recommend buying it.

Memory: 128 GB is a lot. Plenty for everything.
NFC
Performance: good, PUBG runs fine on medium-high. It handles other games easily.
Camera: decent
Battery life: if you're an average or active user, it will last for you. In the evening, there's 30-40% left + fast charging at 18 W. Charges quickly, so if you forget to charge it overnight, it will manage to replenish the battery a bit while you go about your morning routine.
Scanner: fast
Cannot shoot 4K and has no stabilization in video, it's disappointing :(

At the technological forefront

The Chinese brand Vivo has an interesting approach to the release of smartphones. If Xiaomi takes its low price, and Huawei is famous for its cameras, then Vivo likes to play with new technologies. It was they who were among the first to launch smartphones with retractable selfie cameras on the market and it was they who began to hide fingerprint scanners under the screen. The new Vivo Y19, despite the modest price tag, stands out with interesting gaming features and reverse charging (allows you to share energy with other smartphones via USB), which is usually found only in flagship smartphones.

Decent performance

The model was equipped with a fairly successful mid-range chip MediaTek Helio P65. It is manufactured on a 12nm process, uses higher-quality Mali-G52 graphics, supports artificial intelligence algorithms to save battery life and improve camera performance. In terms of power, it can be compared with the fresh Snapdragon 710: in the AnTuTu benchmark, the smartphone scored 185,000 “points”. Most recently, top-end smartphones had such performance. Throw in another 4 GB of RAM, 128 GB of built-in storage with an expansion slot, and you get a performant smartphone that even demanding games will not confuse.

Gaming features

Speaking of games. The updated Funtouch OS shell has a special game mode in which you can block all factors distracting from games: calls, SMS, notifications in instant messengers, etc. This will surely come in handy for fans of online toys like PUGB, Fortnite and WOT. Also in game mode, you can tweak the performance and network settings, “put out” all resource-intensive applications at once, and even change your voice in game chats.

microUSB instead of USB-C

All this suggests that Vivo tried to make a really inexpensive gaming smartphone without advertising it in any way. Naturally, for the sake of price, something had to be sacrificed. In this case, a USB-C port was put under the knife, which for many will be a critical factor when choosing. But the IPS-display is quite good for its money here: the colours are saturated, the contrast level is high, the resolution is high. Well, do not forget about the NFC chip for contactless payments and a capacious 5000 mAh battery (enough for 2 days of active use) with fast 18-watt charging. However due to the outdated microUSB port, the smartphone needs more than two hours to fully charge.
