To connect, you need a power of 6 kW, which means that no home wiring can withstand this. We had to make a separate powerful input to connect it. Not detected. We are trying to return it, but the technician refuses to issue a defect report due to factory fault! In a few days, it completely malfunctioned. It stopped responding to any commands. We called the service numbers, they told us to unplug it and plug it back in. We have a dedicated breaker for the stove - tried about 10 times, it didn’t work. We're trying to call the technicians, but they hang up!!! Problematic model! I do not advise. |
