Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum S20+

Xiaomi presents an advanced robot vacuum cleaner of 2024, which is a multifunctional, universal assistant for dry and wet cleaning of the house. The main brush and one side brush are responsible for dry cleaning, which sweeps dust and debris from corners and along the walls. With a suction power of 6000 Pa, the vacuum cleaner effectively cleans hard floors and carpets, easily collects fine dust, larger debris, hair and pet hair.

For wet cleaning, there are two rotating nozzles that imitate manual floor washing. You can manually adjust the suction power and the intensity of wetting the napkins with water, but the robot can do it on its own. When driving onto the carpet, it automatically increases the suction power and raises the wet cleaning nozzles by 7 mm so as not to leave wet spots behind. Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum S20+ is equipped with a laser navigation system LDS, which provides 360-degree room scanning, quick mapping and precise route planning.

The laser rangefinder is assisted by a camera that identifies obstacles and prevents collisions with them. In addition, numerous sensors prevent the gadget from falling down the stairs or getting stuck under furniture. The robot can be controlled by voice using virtual assistants Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa or through a proprietary mobile application. In it, users can set up a cleaning schedule, specify specific zones or install virtual walls. And a 5200 mAh battery is responsible for autonomy. One charge is enough for up to 170 minutes of continuous operation. When discharged, the vacuum cleaner independently returns to the charging station, after which it continues cleaning from the same place.
