The Yamaha reface CS Synthesizer is a compact polyphonic synth suited to sound design songwriting and portable music-making. Its Analog Physical Modeling engine gives you eight-note polyphony and five oscillator types covering multi-saw pulse oscillator sync ring modulation and frequency modulation. Dedicated Texture and Mod controls make each osc... moreillator easy to reshape while slider-based controls give you direct access to key sound parameters. You can add Delay VCM Phaser VCM Chorus/Flanger or Distortion using the onboard effects then capture ideas with the integrated Phrase Looper. The 37 HQ mini keys provide initial-touch response while mono mode is available when you want to focus on synth bass or lead sounds. The reface CS also features built-in stereo speakers plus around five hours of AA battery operation and can be played away from your usual setup. USB MIDI MIDI IN/OUT AUX input and line outputs provide plenty of connection options too.
