The KitchenAid 5KSMPRA pasta attachment works as a sheet roller and cutter. This pasta attachment set is great for making a range of fresh pasta from lasagne sheets to tagliatelle or spaghetti angel hair pasta. The roller allows you to make pasta sheets up to 140mm wide, whilst the two different cutters allow you to the freshly rolled pasta into either tagliatelle or spaghetti. Simply roll the pasta dough through the adjustable roller at a low setting of 1 or 2 to work the dough and activate the gluten in the pasta dough. At higher settings the dough is flattened further on 3 to 9 for a wide range of uses, thick for egg noodles, medium for lasagne sheets and thin for linguini or angel hair pasta.…
