The Icon - now with MIPS technology . The Sandbox Icon is the evolution of the popular Legend helmet. It comes with a lightweight ABS outer shell and EPS liner. The patented Airflow Venting System ens more→ures a pleasant climate, while removable ear pads and the padded chin strap provide comfort. MIPS (Multidirectional Impact Protection System) is a system for protecting the brain. A low-friction layer in the shell allows a sliding movement of 10-15 mm in all directions. This reduces the rotational movements that can affect the brain on impact.The low profile then tops the icon with the right look.
