The TE-CD 18/44 Li is a versatile allrounder which is ideal for most DIY drilliing and screwdriving jobs around the home and garden. As part of the the Power X-Change family, it shares battery compatibility with a huge selection of additional cordless tools and can be used with any 18v Power X-Change battery. The drill has a hammer drilling mode which is suitable for hard materials like brick and concrete, and a standard rotary mode which can be used for drilling into softer materials like wood and metal. Additionally, the clutch has 21 torque settings which allow screws to be sunk to a consistent depth depending on the size of the fastener and the hardness of the surface. For additional precision, the variable speed trigger gives intuitive fingertip control over the rotation speed, and there are two gears which switch between high torque and low speed, or low torque and high speed. The TE-CD 18/44 Li is fitted with a metal keyless drill chuck with a 13mm capacity, and comes with an optional belt clip. It also features an integrated LED worklight built into the base of the tool.
