In addition to good technical characteristics, this screwdriver boasts decent quality. It has an all-metal transmission, the gearbox has a “shell” made of durable aluminium alloy, and the body is made of high-quality plastic that can withstand impacts and falls of the tool. There are rubber pads on the handle and the back of the case for a good grip, and the protruding “front” of the gearbox is covered with plastic protection. Along the perimeter of the cartridge there are three LEDs designed to illuminate the working area while screwing or unscrewing fasteners in places with a lack of light. In terms of ergonomics, the only thing we didn’t like was the start button, with which the user controls the speed and torque. The key is too sensitive, so the screwdriver “starts” abruptly, and it is difficult to “catch” the desired speed. Because of this, it is difficult to work with small fasteners and perform operations that require delicacy and accuracy.

The word Solo in the name of the Einhell Expert Plus TE-CI 18/1 Li Solo pulse screwdriver means that it comes in the form of a “carcass” - without a battery and a charger, which must be purchased separately. This tool can work with any Einhell Power X-Change battery (they have a capacity from 1.5 Ah to 6 Ah). For work in a workshop, garage or construction site, we recommend choosing a 2.5 Ah or 3 Ah battery. The capacity of such a battery will allow you to screw respectively 230 or 380 screws measuring 6x60 mm into a board without recharging - quite enough for the tasks faced by home craftsmen.
