Designed mainly for “lower” lighting, the luminous flux is mostly directed to the ground, which is especially convenient on garden and park paths at night: the surface under your feet is clearly visible, while the light does not hit your eyes. Garden bollards are designed to be permanently outdoors, in light of which they usually have good protection against dust and moisture (although this point is still worth clarifying separately).
