The TEAC SPL-102 is a replacement stylus intended to be fitted to the TEAC LP-R550 and MC-D800 Turntable cartridge. Designed especially to follow wider grooves the SPL-102 is suitable for 78 RPM speed playback. It is recommended that you replace your stylus if you start to hear a change in sound quality to protect both your record and your turntable. Thats why the SPL-102 is provided in a handy two-pack. Its also easy to switch out with the TEAC STL-103 for 33 and 45 RPM playback.
