Scooters with handbrake
Hand brake
— the brake is controlled by the handlebar lever. Most often, when the lever is pressed, the force is transmitted through the cable to the pads. However, in electric scooters, electronic brake control is found, via wires. Anyway, hand brakes are more effective than foot brakes, but they are more complicated and more expensive, and, therefore, they are used much less frequently. In particular, this option is popular among bicycle scooters and electric models designed for high speeds, as well as in trikes, where it makes no sense to install a foot brake for technical reasons.Show
