The coupling bolt is screwed in from top to bottom. The tightening force of the bolt determines the clamping force of the anchor. The steering column is used with kerf. The steering is attracted by a clamp.
The HIC compression is exactly the same as the IHC design. The difference between them is only in the diameter of the handlebar. HIC is for 34.9mm headsets and IHC is for 31.8mm headsets.
