Flashlights are mainly called low-power lamps on children's scooters, headlights are more “serious” light sources installed. Anyway, such a lamp performs two main functions: it illuminates the road for the rider and makes it more visible to other road users. In addition, according to the traffic rules, headlights are in some cases mandatory when driving on roads.
