Balancing hemispheres

Hemisphere

— the projectile, also known as "bosu", is an inflatable hemisphere with a flat solid base. It resembles a cross between a step and a fitball, it can be used both with the round side up and flat up. The base is usually made of non-slip material, and the spherical part is complemented by protrusions that give a massage effect.

There are many exercises for hemisphere-bosu, all of which contribute to the development of coordination and maintaining balance; and by choosing the right complex, you can work out almost all the main muscles of the body, including small stabilizing muscles. However, it is worth considering that the use of the "plane up" requires some preparation and special care during the exercises, since the platform is very unstable.
