— the balancing pads presented on the modern market are quite diverse in form and application. This category includes, in particular, “bosu” hemispheres, lenticular inflatable products (convex on both sides), small paired hemispheres for each leg, and products that are disks.

The lenticular pillow is a kind of transitional option between these types of equipment: it requires more effort to maintain balance than a disk, but at the same time it is less demanding on the user's skills than a hemisphere.
