Inverter (double conversion)

— in accordance with the name, this type of stabilizer converts the current twice during operation — from AC to DC, and then back to AC. This way of working allows you to achieve high quality output signal, stable voltage and accurate sine wave; in addition, the double conversion stabilizers are silent and operate almost instantly. However, the price for such properties is low efficiency (about 90%); and the cost of such equipment is quite high.
