Electric barbecue
prices on 37 models— electric grills and braziers are in many ways similar to gas grills: on the one hand, they allow you to accurately control the temperature and general heating mode, on the other hand, they do not give a smack of smoke (for such a smack, you will need to use food additives). However, cooking on electricity is considered healthier than on coals and even on gas: food is not exposed to combustion products and retains its original composition as much as possible. In addition, the advantages of such models over gas ones are safety and overall ease of use. In fact, the control of the electric heater comes down to turning the regulator, and to connect, it is usually enough to insert the plug into the socket — there is no need to mess around with cylinders, hoses and reducers, ignite the flame and monitor its condition, etc. The key disadvantage of electric grills and barbecues is that they are almost impossible to use in nature, in the absence of a powerful power source. The power consumption in most models exceeds 2 kW, and such a device cannot be powered from a car battery or an on-board network of a car — you need a stationary outlet (in extreme cases, a mobile generator, but then it’s easier to use a gas or solid fuel brazier). Accordingly, it makes sense to pay attention to such models if the grill / barbecue is planned to be installed in more or less “civilized” conditions — in the courtyard of a private house, on the territory of a cafe / restaurant, etc.
