Home radios
— in this case, radio tape recorders are called audio systems that combine the following features: a common non-separable case in which a player, amplifier and speakers are combined; support for optical discs (at least CD); availability of autonomous power supply; handle for easy carrying. They also have a distinctive design reminiscent of classic tape recorders. Note that not all of these devices are able to work with magnetic cassettes, so the name "radio" is more of a tribute to tradition than a description of the possibilities.
