Cartridge replacement indicator

— the presence of a filter of one or another device, which facilitates monitoring the development of the cartridge resource and at the right time signals the need to replace it. The simplest version of such an indicator is a mechanical calendar, often installed in the lids of jars: with each replacement of the filter element, the date when the expiration date of use expires is set on the display, and this date is constantly in front of your eyes. More complex options can be used, up to electronic cartridge status sensors. Anyway, the replacement indicator reduces the risk of forgetting to install a new cartridge.
