Ristretto

— ristretto is the most concentrated and strongest coffee drink, also known as "short espresso". It is made by using much less water than regular espresso while using the same amount of coffee (7g), resulting in a smaller serving size of about 20-25 mL. To fully appreciate its taste, it is consumed slowly, with sips of cold water in between. Despite its strong flavor, ristretto contains less caffeine than espresso.
