The operating speed, compared to the previous edition of LPDDR3, has doubled (up to 3200 MT/s - megatransactions per second), the frequency has increased from 933 MHz to 1600 MHz, and the power consumption has decreased by 40%. In addition, the data transfer format has changed - in particular, instead of one 32-bit bus, two 16-bit ones are used, and some security improvements have been introduced into the standard.
