Winch

— the key element of any winch is the drum, on which the traction element (cable, rope or chain) is wound. The rotation of the drum can be carried out both manually and with the help of an electric or hydraulic motor (see "Drive"). Manual winches are less lifting than hoists, they rarely "pull" more than 1 ton; on the other hand, units of this type provide a higher speed of operation. And in electric and hydraulic winches, the thrust may well reach 5 tons or even more.

Note that this category includes all types of winches — both "cargo", used at construction sites, industrial facilities, etc., and automobile. Nevertheless, in our catalog it is possible to separately select a winch for a car — for this, an appropriate selection point is provided.
