Steering wheel (moto)

— mounting on the handlebars of a motorcycle, bicycle or other similar vehicle (such as a snowmobile). Such a mount is usually based on a clamp ring that is put on the steering wheel tube and tightly fixed on it. This type of retainer is a great alternative to a helmet mount in cases where the camera needs to be primarily facing forward rather than moving sideways with the user's head. At the same time, a platform for a helmet and/or a sticker / suction cup for the windscreen can also be supplied with such a recorder.

Note that DVRs are designed mainly for a relatively simple environment and are rather poorly protected from adverse conditions. Therefore, for extreme activities like stunts on a bike or motocross, an action camera may be a smarter choice — many of these cameras also allow for mounting on the handlebars.
