— compact wall-mounted "mini-urinal" for training boys to use the toilet standing up: placed next to the toilet using suction cups, double-sided tape, or screws, adjustable to height, and the inner bowl is easily removable for rinsing. Most models feature splash protection and a "target" spinner that turns the process into a game and improves accuracy; this means less cleaning and makes it easier to develop the habit of flushing and washing hands. Compared to a potty, the urinal is more hygienic for standing visits and takes up less space, unlike a toilet seat insert, it doesn't require lifting the seat each time and is convenient specifically for aiming training. In practice, it is used at home and in summer houses for children approximately 18 months to 4–5 years old, placed at the child's navel level and the bowl rinsed daily with warm water and mild detergent.
