Round standard

— toothbrush heads that have a round shape and are designed for standard processing intensity (that is, not originally intended for sensitive teeth).

These nozzles are primarily utilized in models featuring reciprocating-rotating technology (refer to "Cleaning technology"). In comparison to the closest alternative, the oval reciprocating-sweeping heads (explained earlier), round nozzles deliver a gentler cleaning action and better access to hard-to-reach areas. They may be slightly less effective at cleaning open spaces, but this is often not a critical issue. However, in "sonic" brushes, this nozzle type is exceedingly rare. In such cases, a round head doesn't offer significant advantages over an oval one, and its coverage area is noticeably smaller, reducing overall productivity.
