— machines for making pasta and related dough dishes. Such machines allow you to roll out, cut and form various types of pasta: spaghetti, fettuccine, tagliatelle, lasagne sheets and even ravioli (using specialized attachments). There are both manual models and electric machines for making pasta. Manual devices usually consist of rollers for rolling out the dough and cutting attachments for cutting it into the required shapes. The rollers are rotated by a special handle, and the gap between them can be adjusted, which allows you to roll out dough of different thicknesses. In machines with an electric drive, all processes are automated and require a minimum of intervention. Advanced models can even have a dough kneading function.
