— connector for connecting an external screen to the radio tape recorder — for example, a portable TV or car monitor; in advanced models, there may be several such connectors, which allows you to connect several screens at once (say, two monitors at once in the headrests of the front seats). As a video output in car radios, an analogue composite interface is used as a standard, which provides for the transmission of a video signal through an RCA connector. This standard provides a relatively low quality "picture" and is not compatible with HD resolutions, however, for auto electronics, this is often enough.
