The FloodMate 1 is an emergency pumping kit for defending property from low level flooding. This set includes a 230V, 100 Watt submersible pump (model BPS100, capable of up 40 litres per minute, through 25mm 1" hose, over 30 metres of level ground). All the contents are supplied in a sturdy, easy-to-carry and store, case with lid and the included pump is designed to operate constantly, pumping away minimal amounts of flood water down to a level of 3mm. The Mizar/S (110V) is ideal for pumping chemicals that are of a mildly aggressive nature, which would normally corrode the lower grade metal and plastic components found in a traditional pump. This model can pump small soft solids in suspension, but is not suitable for ponds or water features. This unit includes a 10 metre power cable, allowing for extra working room. The maximum liquid temperature is 35°C (25°C if part submerged) and this unit also benefits from a built in handle and included hose connector. Completing this product is a 316 grade (1.4401) pressed stainless steel manufacture, to finish off this is a hard wearing and reliable product.
