Saws with double-sided blade

 

— a blade having teeth on both sides that differ in characteristics (blades with the same teeth on each side are not included in this category). Such teeth most often differ in size (large and “fast” on the one hand, small and “neat” on the other) and/or cutting direction (one side is responsible for sawing along the fibers, the other across). The specific features of each such model should be clarified separately, however, the double-sided blade anyway expands the possibilities of the hacksaw — in fact, in one tool the owner receives two different types of saws.
