Gas on metal is a popular format for creating cooking surfaces. Panels from the KG series from the famous Kaiser brand adhere to this simple philosophy. As a working surface, they use a stainless steel substrate or, less often, an enameled coating. The former look decent and show resistance to mechanical damage, the latter are easy to clean from dirt, but eventually lose their gloss.

In the gas surfaces of Kaiser KG, from 3 to 5 burners can be installed with mechanical adjustment of the intensity of the supply of "blue fuel". The grates are usually cast iron. The indispensable attributes of the devices of the line are the system of automatic shut—off of the flame supply "gas-control" when the flame of the gas burner fades and the electric ignition of the burners.

A turbo fork with three rows of flames is a super solution for cooking in a WOK pan.

The lion's share of KG panels has a Turbo postscript. Thus, the manufacturer designates a separate burner with several rows of flames for rapid heating. Also, burners of this format are best suited for cooking in special WOK pans — they are made in the form of a deep hemisphere with a relatively small flat bottom.
