Code

— the method of opening involves entering the correct numeric combination on the keypad. Such a lock can be mechanical (with rotating disks) or electronic (with a button or touch panel). It does not require keys and is convenient because the code can easily be changed if necessary. Combination locks are used in doors, safes, cabinets, and access control systems where security and ease of use are important.
