Single-strap backpacks
— backpacks carried on one strap over the shoulder. They can be either single-sided or adjustable, often equipped with a side sling for secure attachment and optimized load distribution. A single-strap backpack is considered more “mobile”, it restricts movement less than a two-strap one, besides, the product can be moved onto the stomach and reach the contents without removing it. As a result, even tactical ones are found among such models (especially since when handling weapons, such an arrangement is also more convenient than a two-strap one). At the same time, a single strap backpack does not provide an even distribution of the load; therefore, such models usually have a small volume, and it is not recommended to wear them for a long time (more than 1 – 2 hours without a break).
