Ristretto

— ristretto is the strongest and most concentrated among popular coffee drinks, often referred to as a "short espresso." It follows the same preparation process as regular espresso, but with significantly less water used for the same amount of coffee, typically around 20-25 mL. Ristretto is meant to be enjoyed in small sips, often accompanied by sips of cold water to cleanse the palate and fully experience the flavor of each sip. Interestingly, despite its intense taste, ristretto contains less caffeine than a regular espresso.
