It's no secret that modern Gaggia coffee machines are built using Saeco technologies. In the Cadorna series, it is easy to recognize the related Saeco Intelia Deluxe grain machine. The only difference is that the line under consideration has a new “floating” control panel with an informative colour screen and a scattering of mechanical buttons around it. Drinks are displayed on the desktops of the display, which are scrolled by the side buttons. 4 recipes are placed on each screen, you cannot change the sequence of their arrangement.

The Gaggia Cadorna coffee machine series relies on a 300 g bean hopper, a bypass shaft for ground coffee, a 1.5 liter water tank, a ceramic flat coffee grinder with 10 degrees of bean grinding. In the “inside” of the grain machines of the family, a flow-through thermoblock with a power of 1850 W is installed, there is a 15 bar Ulka pump and a typical Saeco removable brewing device. The Cadorna squad includes four modifications of automatic coffee machines: Style, Plus, Milk and Prestige.

The Gaggia Cadorna series of temperamental Italian coffee machines includes both espresso models and milk grain machines.

The Style model is the base model in this series. It has auto-brew recipes for espresso, lungo, large lungo, americano, ristretto, steam and hot water. Exactly the same offers "plus" Gaggia Cadona. The device differs only in higher growth, which is why cups up to 17 cm high are placed under its dispenser. Finally, the top in the series is the Prestige model with a complete milk jug and an extended coffee recipe (in total, “prestigious” machines know 14 recipes).
