Frothers for cold drinks
Cold foaming
— the process of creating a light and airy foam from chilled milk (4–10 °C), which is used to prepare cold drinks such as iced lattes, frappes or iced cappuccinos. The process does not involve heating, which preserves the natural taste of the milk without increasing the sweetness. This foam is less dense than that produced by hot frothing and consists of larger bubbles, making it ideal for refreshing summer drinks.clear | Save List |
