ADATA Legend 740 is an M.2 NVMe SSD with a thin heatsink and is blue/yellow in color. Made of graphene, which provides the best thermal conductivity in terms of small thickness. And by default, the radiator is not glued, which gives the user freedom of choice. Do not use it at all or replace it with a larger cooler.
Fits in a laptop
Indeed, often motherboards for desktop computers are equipped with a large radiator. Which is also in contact with the chipset heatsink, forming a single PC cooling system. But for gaming laptops that are very hot inside, a thin graphene heatsink will be very useful.
Exclusive Controller
The heart of the Legend 740 is the Realtek RTS5766DL controller. ADATA is almost the exclusive partner of Realtek in the segment of SSD controllers. This is a DRAM-less solution with Host Memory Buffer technology. Develops sequential read and write speeds of 2500 and 1700 MB / s, respectively. Competitors at this price are often slower and without a heatsink.
